NorthStar

A product that has the potential to help anyone, who is willing to try it, regain the agency to forge their lives.

All through my day, at the rhythm I choose, it asks me three questions: What am I doing right now? What would I be doing next? How are these related to my short-term or middle-term programs? If everything is in alignment, I earn a star.

I answer in my own words, and I score myself. No machine judges my answers.

It names what takes my time without asking: the Modern-Day Medusa, the endless feeds built to hold my eyes. And it keeps in front of me what I choose to walk toward: my NorthStar.

Each evening I look back on my day, and each new day I build on the one before. What I write is sealed, designed so that only I can read it.

Every three months, I look at where I stand beside where I can be — and see how much closer my three, five, ten and twenty years have come.

It opens only by invitation, from someone already inside.

Issued 26 September 2026 by NightEase Solutions LLC (the "Company"), the entity operating the UpWeForge universe.

Effective date: 1 October 2026. This Statement is referred to by the Affiliate Agreement and the Compensation Plan.

1. Purpose ↑

This Statement gives prospective and current Affiliates a truthful, representative picture of what Affiliates actually

earn, consistent with the FTC's Business Guidance Concerning Multi-Level Marketing (2018) and Section 5 of the FTC Act.

2. Where the Program stands today ↑

NorthStar's affiliate program is new. As of the effective date, no Referral Commission has been paid to any Affiliate.

There are therefore no earnings figures to report, and the Company makes no projection of what anyone "could" earn.

3. What will be published ↑

Once commissions have been paid, the Company will publish, at least once a year, the actual figures drawn from its payment

records: the percentage of Affiliates who earned no commission, and the median and the average earnings of all

Affiliates and of Active Affiliates. Both the median and the average are shown, because a few high earners can pull the

average well above what a typical Affiliate earns.

4. How the Program works (material to any earnings figure) ↑

and never on any further level. Inviting someone who joins as an Affiliate earns nothing.

5. No guarantee ↑

The Company makes no guarantee of income, earnings, or financial result of any kind. Any earnings depend entirely on an

Affiliate's own effort, skill, time, and circumstances. Many participants earn little, and some earn nothing. No one

should join expecting to make money.

6. Costs ↑

Because the Program is free to join and digital, the Company imposes no purchase, inventory, or event requirement. An

Affiliate's own NorthStar membership, if they choose one, is a separate, voluntary purchase of a product they use.

7. Results not typical ↑

Any individual example of earnings is not typical; the typical experience will be reflected in the median figures once

they are published. No Affiliate may present earnings information without this Statement.
