NorthStar
A product that has the potential to help anyone, who is willing to try it, regain the agency to forge their lives.
All through my day, at the rhythm I choose, it asks me three questions: What am I doing right now? What would I be doing next? How are these related to my short-term or middle-term programs? If everything is in alignment, I earn a star.
I answer in my own words, and I score myself. No machine judges my answers.
It names what takes my time without asking: the Modern-Day Medusa, the endless feeds built to hold my eyes. And it keeps in front of me what I choose to walk toward: my NorthStar.
Each evening I look back on my day, and each new day I build on the one before. What I write is sealed, designed so that only I can read it.
Every three months, I look at where I stand beside where I can be — and see how much closer my three, five, ten and twenty years have come.
It opens only by invitation, from someone already inside.
ADDENDUM — LEGACY
Contents — 6 sections
to the UpWeForge Affiliate Agreement and the Affiliate Compensation Plan (v1.5)
Issued by NightEase Solutions LLC (the
"Company") under Compensation Plan §15.6 and the amendment clause of the Affiliate Agreement (prospective amendment on written
notice). Effective date: 1 November 2026. This version replaces the version effective 1 October 2026. Capitalized terms
have the meanings given in the Compensation Plan.
1. Personal and non-transferable ↑
1.1 An Affiliate's position (the right to Referral Commissions on the Affiliate's own Direct Referrals) is personal and
non-transferable. It can never be sold, given, lent, pledged or assigned to anyone, during the Affiliate's life or after,
except as §2 and §3 set out. Any attempt to transfer it otherwise is void.
1.2 This Addendum is the one exception to Compensation Plan §15.8 and Affiliate Agreement §21.3, and only to the extent
written here.
2. First: the Affiliate's children ↑
2.1 At the Affiliate's death, the position passes to the Affiliate's children, in equal parts. "Children" means the
Affiliate's legal children, by birth or by adoption.
2.2 Each child receives Referral Commissions only on the Affiliate's own Direct Referrals, for as long as each of those
Members keeps paying, under the same Plan: one level only, the same fifty percent (50%), the same hold, the same recovery on
refunds and chargebacks. The Compensation Cap applies to each child as a person.
2.3 When a child dies, that child's monthly payments pass to the Affiliate's surviving children, in equal parts.
2.4 When no child of the Affiliate survives, the position ends: the monthly payments stop, and the Company keeps them (its
Treasury). The position never passes to any other person: not to a child's own children, heirs or estate, nor to anyone else.
3. When there are no children: one person the Affiliate names ↑
3.1 If, at the Affiliate's death, no child of the Affiliate is living, the position passes to one Beneficiary: a
natural person the Affiliate named in a Beneficiary Designation. Children always come first: a Beneficiary Designation
has no effect if any child of the Affiliate is living at the Affiliate's death.
3.2 A Beneficiary Designation is a written document, signed and dated by the Affiliate, that names one natural person as
the Beneficiary of the Affiliate's position under this Addendum. It may be the Affiliate's will, or a separate designation that
refers to this Addendum, signed in a form valid where the Affiliate lived (for example, witnessed or notarized). If more than
one valid designation exists, the latest dated one controls.
3.3 Nothing is recorded in advance. The Company does not ask for, receive or keep a Beneficiary Designation, or the
Beneficiary's name or any information about them, during the Affiliate's life. The Affiliate keeps the designation with their
own papers, together with the means to prove the account (§5.1).
3.4 The Beneficiary receives Referral Commissions only on the Affiliate's own Direct Referrals, for as long as each of
those Members keeps paying, under the same terms as §2.2.
3.5 When the Beneficiary dies, the position ends: the monthly payments stop, and the Company keeps them (its Treasury). The
position never passes from the Beneficiary to anyone else: not to the Beneficiary's heirs or estate, nor to anyone the
Beneficiary names.
4. Adults, and a custodian for someone who is a minor ↑
4.1 A child or Beneficiary who is an adult receives their monthly payments after completing identity verification and the
required tax onboarding, and accepting the Affiliate Agreement.
4.2 For a child or Beneficiary who is a minor, the monthly payments go to their custodian (a parent or court-appointed
guardian, or a custodian under the applicable Uniform Transfers to Minors Act) for their benefit, until they reach the age
of majority. The custodian completes the verification and accepts the Affiliate Agreement on their behalf. At the age of
majority, they complete their own verification, and the monthly payments go to them.
5. How a legacy is claimed ↑
5.1 The proof of the account. An Affiliate's position is tied to their anonymous handle (mask). An Affiliate leaves the
means to prove it: a legacy key, where the Services offer one, or their recovery phrase, kept with their own papers. The
Company keeps only a one-way digital code (a hash) of either, never the key or the phrase itself. No child's or Beneficiary's
name is ever entered in the Services.
5.2 The claim. A claimant gives the Company: (a) the Affiliate's anonymous handle (mask) and its legacy key or its recovery
phrase; (b) a certified death certificate; (c) for a child, or a minor child's custodian: proof that the claimant is the
Affiliate's child (a birth or adoption certificate); (d) for a Beneficiary, or a minor Beneficiary's custodian: the original
or a certified copy of the Beneficiary Designation, and a sworn statement that, to the claimant's knowledge, no child of the
Affiliate was living at the Affiliate's death; and then completes §4.
5.3 Checking the claim. The Company reviews every claim and may confirm any document with its issuer, a court or a public
record. It may decline a document it cannot confirm. If claims conflict, or a child appears after a Beneficiary's claim is
accepted, the Company may hold the monthly payments until the matter is settled by agreement of the claimants or by a court;
a child who proves their claim comes first from that point forward.
5.4 The cost of checking a Beneficiary's claim: half and half. To check a Beneficiary's claim, the Company may have to pay
for things like a lawyer's review, confirming a document, or a court or public-record search. The Beneficiary pays half of
those reasonable, documented costs, and the Company pays the other half. The Company chooses providers at prices it considers
reasonable at the time, based on market price examples it gathers and keeps; it tells the Beneficiary before spending
anything, and gives an itemized account. The Beneficiary's half is taken
from their monthly payments as those payments come in: never charged out of pocket, and never more than the payments
themselves. If the claim is declined, the Company pays it all.
5.5 Timing. A claim is made within twelve (12) months of the Affiliate's death. The monthly payments that build up
after the death are held by the Company until a valid claim is made; if no valid claim is made within that time, the position
ends, and the Company keeps those payments (its Treasury).
5.6 Referral Commissions Earned before the Affiliate's death are paid to the Affiliate's estate in the ordinary course.
6. What does not change ↑
Everything else in the Compensation Plan and the Affiliate Agreement applies unchanged, including no purchase to qualify, one
level only, and recovery on refunds and chargebacks. No income is promised. A legacy lasts only as long as the Members the
Affiliate helped choose to keep paying. Company Accounts have no legacy.
