NorthStar
A product that has the potential to help anyone, who is willing to try it, regain the agency to forge their lives.
All through my day, at the rhythm I choose, it asks me three questions: What am I doing right now? What would I be doing next? How are these related to my short-term or middle-term programs? If everything is in alignment, I earn a star.
I answer in my own words, and I score myself. No machine judges my answers.
It names what takes my time without asking: the Modern-Day Medusa, the endless feeds built to hold my eyes. And it keeps in front of me what I choose to walk toward: my NorthStar.
Each evening I look back on my day, and each new day I build on the one before. What I write is sealed, designed so that only I can read it.
Every three months, I look at where I stand beside where I can be — and see how much closer my three, five, ten and twenty years have come.
It opens only by invitation, from someone already inside.
THE MODULE CHARTER
Contents — 6 sections
the standards every Add-on Module of UpWeForge The Universe must meet (Modules Addendum §1.1)
Published by NightEase Solutions LLC (the "Company"). Effective date: 1 October 2026. This Charter is
published before any Module is admitted, and applies to every Module, whether made by the Company or by a Creator.
Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Modules Addendum and the Compensation Plan.
1. What a Module is ↑
1.1 A Module is a digital addition to a Product of the UpWeForge universe, offered as one more item on a Member's
existing subscription or as a one-time purchase. It adds to the Product it joins without changing it.
1.2 A Member adds a Module only by their own choice, and may remove it at any time, in the same way it was added.
2. The standards for admission — every one must be met ↑
2.1 Growth, not extraction. A Module serves a Member's own growth and agency. It contains no feeds or endless
scrolling, no streaks or counts of absence, and nothing designed to hold attention for its own sake.
2.2 Real value. A Member using it alone gets real value from it within minutes.
2.3 Privacy first. Before a Member turns it on, the Module's privacy sheet states plainly what data leaves the
Member's device, to whom, for what purpose, and for how long. A Module that sends any data off the device is off by
default. Voice, image, or other biometric-like data require separate, specific consent and the maker's written
commitments on use, storage and deletion. The Privacy Policy describes any new kind of data before a Module processes it.
2.4 Bounded cost. A Module's Net Profit covers its direct cost with a margin the Company records at admission. A
Module whose cost grows with use carries a monthly usage limit per Member, stated before the Member adds it; at the limit
it pauses until the next period and never charges more than its stated price.
2.5 Plug and play. It is offered as one line on the Member's existing subscription (or as a one-time purchase), with
its price, what it does and its privacy sheet shown in one place before it is added, and it can be removed at any time.
3. Creators ↑
3.1 Any Member may propose a Module, under their mask, as a Creator. A Creator keeps ownership of what they make and
grants the Company the rights set out in the Creator Agreement to offer it.
3.2 The road in: a proposal → the standards in §2 → review by the Company → admission, with the Module's price, its
direct cost and the shares under the Modules Addendum §2 recorded → offered to Members.
3.3 A Creator keeps the Module working (updates and answers), or it is retired: Members are told plainly, and nothing is
charged after it is retired.
3.4 Works in a collection. Where the Module is a collection of works by many Creators (such as The Greatest Stories
Ever Told, the collection of Members' books), each work is placed in the collection only by its Creator, is reviewed
before it appears, and may be withdrawn by its Creator at any time. Published works name no real person and contain
nothing that points to one.
4. The money ↑
4.1 How a Module's Net Profit is shared, and when it is paid, is set by the Modules Addendum §2 and the Creator Agreement,
and nothing in this Charter changes them.
4.2 No purchase is ever required to earn, to create, or to serve. No share arises from a party's own purchase.
5. How a Module is described ↑
5.1 A Module may be described by what it does and the value it gives. It is never promoted as recruitment, never with an
income projection, and never used in an earnings claim (Modules Addendum §4; Income Disclosure Statement).
6. The record ↑
6.1 Each admitted Module has an admission record: the Product it extends, its price, its direct cost and margin, its
usage limit (if any), its maker, its privacy sheet and its date of admission.
6.2 This Charter is published in English and in Spanish. If the two versions differ, the English version controls.
