A product that has the potential to help anyone, who is willing to try it, regain the agency to forge their lives.
All through my day, at the rhythm I choose, it asks me three questions: What am I doing right now? What would I be doing next? How are these related to my short-term or middle-term programs? If everything is in alignment, I earn a star.
I answer in my own words, and I score myself. No machine judges my answers.
It names what takes my time without asking: the Modern-Day Medusa, the endless feeds built to hold my eyes. And it keeps in front of me what I choose to walk toward: my NorthStar.
Each evening I look back on my day, and each new day I build on the one before. What I write is sealed, designed so that only I can read it.
Every three months, I look at where I stand beside where I can be — and see how much closer my three, five, ten and twenty years have come.
It opens only by invitation, from someone already inside.
NOTICE OF CHANGES — 28 September 2026
Given electronically to every Affiliate and Member (Compensation Plan §15.6 and §15.9).
Subject: A change to the Program, effective 1 October 2026
We are adding Add-on Modules to UpWeForge The Universe, and the first one: The Greatest Stories Ever Told — a
collection of the living books Members choose to publish from their NorthStar record, read by Members who add it to
their subscription.
From 1 October 2026, the Addendum — Add-on Modules applies, together with the Module Charter and, for Members who
publish a book, the Creator Agreement. You can read all three, in English and in Spanish, at
northstar.upweforge.com/legal/.
What changes, in short:
- A Module is always your choice: it is added only by you, and can be removed at any time, the same way.
- A book is published only by its author, one month at a time, and only after it is reviewed; it names no real person,
and its author can withdraw it at any time.
- How the proceeds of a Module are shared is set out in the Addendum §2. Nothing already Earned changes.
- The Compensation Plan is now version 1.5: it names no product and no price — each product and its price are described where it is offered. Its structure is unchanged.
- From 1 October 2026, the Addendum — Legacy also applies: an Affiliate's position is personal and non-transferable — it can
never be sold or given away — and at the Affiliate's death it passes only to the Affiliate's children, in equal shares, while the
people the Affiliate helped keep paying (to a minor child's custodian until the child comes of age). It ends with the children.
- Nothing here is a promise of income. Many participants earn little, and some earn nothing.
